What do you think their strengths are, as a media creator?
Ieuan appears to have some knowledge of video editing software. This shows how his aspirations of being either an actor, editor or director. With this said with the skills he has he could achieve these goals with more further experience.

Yes it is very detailed and explains his development over this past year.

Explain their concept:
They are doing a hair salon advert that will feature a linear narrative. It will feature video editing and royalty free music form a close friend who makes music.

How realistic is the idea? Do you think they can achieve in the timescale?
Yes as all of his ideas are well planned out with good solutions.

How ambitious is the idea? Should they aim to accomplish more, or to learn more new processes etc?
Not too different from stuff he has already done, seems like a cheap cop out. 

How well does it suit their skills and intended specialism?
Very well as he has good knowledge of processes as he has done them before. 

How well does their idea relate to their future intended industry role?
Making video content is what he wants to do and this only helps him get more experience.
